Date Bruschetta
Put your Honest To Date dates in good use these holidays and pair this bruschetta with your favorite bottle of wine.
Ingredients:
- 5 chopped pitted dates
- Italian bread
- 1/4 cup of pistachios
- Full fat ricotta
- Honey
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Slice up your Bread and spread out in baking sheet.
- Put in the oven and toast for about 5 minutes.
- Spread desired amount of ricotta.
- Sprinkle with pistacios.
- Sprinkle with pistacios.
